The focus on supporting small Irish businesses this year is amazing to see! Here at Listowel garden centre, supporting small Irish businesses is made easy! We thought we’d share a quick list of the Irish companies we stock.

• Kamana Candle, Ballybunion

 Quite close to home we have an artisan candle-making business set up by father-daughter duo Mike and Ciara in 2019 in Ballybunion, co. Kerry. Their candles are handmade from start to finish using only the best materials. They use an eco-friendly plant-based wax, vegan friendly and cruelty free oils and lead-free cotton wicks.

We have two candle sizes available at the Garden Centre. The ‘classic’ size burns for 40 hours and costs €18.50, while the ‘big hits’ size burns for an incredible 60 hours and costs €24.50. It’s hard to explain just how amazing these candles smell but we’re sure that lots of you would agree that they smell divine! And what’s even better is that the smell truly lasts.

 

• Herb Dublin

 Herb Dublin truly believe in the power of nature and that going back to basics can help to deal with an array of issues that we face in everyday life – we couldn’t agree more! Rachel McCann created Herb Dublin from pure passion. Driven by all things natural and healing from the ground up, her passion for good health is as addictive as the products and fragrances that she creates! The entire Herb Dublin range is about relaxation, detoxification, and life happiness, something very much needed at the moment (plus they smell absolutely amazing!) 

As well as candles, soaps and essential oils, we also stock bath bombs, which are always a wonderful gift! In terms of sustainability we have bamboo toothbrushes and metal straws too which make for the perfect gift with the environment in mind.

 

• Tipperary Crystal

 Tipperary Crystal is new to the Garden Centre and we couldn’t be more excited about it! Another incredible Irish brand known for superb design and high-quality products. Tipperary crystal really sets the standards in terms of authentic and meaningful gifts.

We have a broad range of Tipperary crystal products to chose from which means that there’s something for everything! Stunning women’s jewellery at an affordable price point, including watches, necklaces, earrings and more. The elegant and bright ‘birdy’ homeware range which will add a unique and colourful touch to any home. And the admirable Eoin O' Connor homeware range, which would make an amazing gift for the animal lover in your life, and has proved very popular!

 

• Killarney Crystal

 Moving to Killarney this time for another beautiful and classic homeware and gift range. Killarney crystal is a family run business which has been creating beautiful crystal since 1982. • Shannonbridge Pottery Ireland

 Shannonbridge Pottery is situated in west Offaly, near the River Shannon, where both the town of Shannonbridge and the ruins of Clonmacnoise are on its banks. The designs used in their pottery is in collaboration with different artists in different genres. They work with both local and international artists to come up with such original and beautiful pieces. 

At the Garden Centre, you'll find the best of both worlds when it comes to our Shannonbridge Pottery range. We have beautiful homeware pieces that combine colour and elegance, making them the perfect addition to anyone's kitchen.
